Vitamin D3 is needed by the body to maintain proper function of the muscles and the immune system, as well as maintaining healthy bones and teeth.

Vitamin D is known as the sunshine vitamin, as it’s something you get when your skin is exposed to sunlight. When you’re not exposed to sunlight, your body doesn’t produce it, which is why a Vitamin D3 supplement is ideal.

Vitamin D3 is formed using ultraviolet B rays from the sun (UVB), and is thought to be three times as potent as Vitamin D2.

Take one capsule daily with food.

One capsule is 50 micrograms (equivalent to 2000IU).

Use in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is one capsule per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of young children.

In each two-piece Bovine Gelatin Capsule: Bulking Agents (Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Hard Gelatine Capsule (Bovine Gelatine), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Anti-caking Agents (Calcium Silicate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide). May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and/or milk.
