Refined Cream of Rice is a rice cereal that is very easy to make and easily digested by the stomach, giving you a quick serving of carbohydrates either pre-workout, post workout or just throughout the day! Each 50g serving of Refined Cream of Rice provides you with 39g of carbohydrates.

Mix 1 serving (50g) with 150ml of water, put it in a microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes and mix it every 30 seconds. Works great as a pre or a Post workout meal! Alternatively mix with your favourite protein, for a quick burst of carbs!
