Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin that can be obtained from both diet and exposure to sunlight.  Supplementation can be beneficial to ensure daily requirements are met.  HR Labs Vitamin D3 provides 5000iu of premium quality Vitamin D3 in an easy to take softgel.  One tub will last 3-6 months depending on your individual needs.

Vitamin D has a multitude of health benefits!  Due to the UK climate and a distinct lack of sunlight coupled with the typical western diet, supplementation may be beneficial.

Take 1 soft gel daily, with a meal. Preferably in the am (Morning).
