Take 1-2 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water.
Take a second dose (1-2 tablets) at least 6 hours later on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water.
Do not exceed 4 tablets per day.
Use in cycles of 5 days on and 2 days off to keep the body sensitized to the effects.
