Acetyl L-Carnitine is a modified form of carnitine that has the dual benefit of supporting mental fatigue, improving mood levels and alertness as it crosses the blood-brain barrier with ease while supporting the metabolic effects (shuttling of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria) that carnitine has become known for.

This is a perfect any-time-of-day supplement, best taken around meal times and before your daily cardiovascular training session.
